These Terms govern your access to and use of the Precision Oil website and any communications, forms, or materials made available through it.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Precision Oil website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. No offer of securities
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment. Any investment discussions with Precision Oil will occur separately, only with eligible investors, and pursuant to formal offering documents subject to applicable securities laws.

The Site contains illustrative case results, projections, and forward-looking statements regarding well performance, production uplift, and returns. These are inherently uncertain and depend on numerous factors outside our control. Historical performance is not indicative of future results, and results in any specific well or program may differ materially.
4. Third-party technology
BLUESPARK® is a registered trademark of BlueSpark Energy. Precision Oil is an independent commercial venture and is not the manufacturer of the BLUESPARK® technology. References to third-party technologies, marks, or results are for informational purposes only.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or (c) copy, reproduce, or exploit any content of the Site without our prior written consent.
6. Submissions
Information you submit through our forms (including operator well data or investor inquiries) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it. Precision Oil is under no obligation to pursue any submitted opportunity.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, layout, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Precision Oil and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Precision Oil does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Oil and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Precision Oil from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Precision Oil is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
