About Precision Oil

We help independent operators generate more oil with Zero upfront capex

Precision Oil was founded to close the gap between wellbore remediation that works and the independents who own the wells that need it most.

Our story

Capital + technology + data.

Independent operators sit on enormous inventories of marginal, stripper, and shut-in wells. Most of that lost production isn't a reservoir limit — it's a flow restriction or mechanical issue that the right remediation technology can solve. The problem is that no single technology fixes every well, and most remediation providers only offer one.

Precision Oil is different: we're technology-agnostic. Rather than pushing one method, we screen each well against a portfolio of remediation technologies — microbial, electromagnetic, nanotechnology, and others — and match it to whichever mechanism actually addresses its specific problem. That's what's been missing: a partner who diagnoses the well first and picks the technology second, funds the campaign, takes on the execution risk, and shares only in the resulting production.

We combine energy sector expertise, data-driven candidate screening across multiple remediation mechanisms, and flexible JV structures to unlock hidden barrels from mature assets — turning operator cost centers into shared cashflow.
